Wildlife can become very destructive once they have gained access inside or homes. Attic insulation can become saturated with urine and animal feces leaving behind an unsafe environment. Over time bat guano can accumulate in large quantities, bird nesting and droppings can build up, as well as parasite laden raccoon feces.
