Bird Control
Birds tend to cause a problem when nesting or roosting in or around residential homes and commercial properties. Nesting materials can harbor unsafe diseases, parasitic mites, ticks and fleas. Birds choose nesting locations like ledges, eaves and inside structures as a safe place to live and raise their young.
House Sparrows and European Starlings commonly nest inside soffits, under porch roofs or inside any openings they can find. Black birds often nest in unscreened vents completely blocking any air flow with their nesting debris.
Pigeons may congregate in large numbers on roof tops, in and around buildings and on commercial signage. The accumulation of bird droppings are not only unpleasant but can also be a health concern.
Woodpeckers can do serios damage to wooded structures in their search for food and in their attempt to attract a mate. Many things can be done to make a property uninviting to birds and prevent them from choosing your location as a place to live.
